P. J. Harrigan's is located in the award winning State College Ramada Conference Center. With hundreds of authenticated, autographed sports and entertainment memorabilia, P. J. Harrigan's is as much an attraction as it is a favorite restaurant and lounge! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so don't forget to take advantage of our all you can eat hot breakfast buffet for only $6.75 per person on weekdays (M-F), and $6.95 on weekends (Sat-Sun), plus tax and gratuity.  With over 25 items, the daily buffet features scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, hot & cold cereals, assorted pastries, juices, and hot beverages.
 
P.J. Harrigan's also offers a daily soup and salad bar, with an added hot entree during the week..it's perfect for a quick lunch.  There's also a wide array of wraps, luncheon salads, and sandwiches for you to select including our famous Certified Angus burgers. 

Chef Kowalcyk and Chef Bame invite you to try our delicious dinner menu. The menu features appetizers, entrees and salads made with wonderfully fresh ingredients.

P. J. Harrigan's Non-smoking lounge offers a large selection of beers, ales, wine and liquors. Different drink specials are featured every night, and on Tuesdays, patrons enjoy Half Price Happy Hour from 5 - 7 pm.

A separate room can be reserved for private luncheons and dinner parties. Guests can also dine from our sandwich and lighter fare menu in the lounge. Call ahead to plan your special occasion!
